Ludlow Junior School

Trips & Events

We recognise that trips and visits can bring our curriculum to life for the pupils, and we value the impact of day visits and residential stays across the school.

Historically we have undertaken a range of residential visits, and staff have been happy to volunteer their time to plan, organise and deliver them.  In recent years pupils have been ‘evacuated’ to Hooke Court, camped at ‘Fairthorne Manor’, and undertaken outdoor and adventurous activities at ‘Little Canada’ on the Isle of Wight.

We have also undertaken day visits in our locality and further afield, sometimes using our own school minibus.

We also use a wide range of visitors to support our curriculum.
