Catering Assistant

The role hours are working 8.30 - 2.30, Monday to Friday, Term-Time Only

At Ludlow Junior School we are dedicated to providing an outstanding environment for all our pupils. We are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join our existing catering team.

Our school has its own production kitchen, and you will join a team which has one chef, food service assistants and wash up/servery assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful school provision providing high quality lunches for the pupils and staff.  You should be committed to every child achieving their best, and recognise the contribution you can make towards our school becoming outstanding.

You need to be committed to supporting the team and providing a quality service for our ‘core customers’.  You will be expected to form excellent working relationships with all members of the school community and respect and promote the school ethos amongst our external providers.

You will need to support a clear vision for the potential of catering and hospitality in our school and engage in a learning environment where we can offer development opportunities for the successful applicant.

Salary Details

Salary from £16345 to £17462 per year
